I had a few bad tech support phone calls in my time (Windows 98 running on an 8 year old box with failing RAM will get you every time), but nothing like this (no one ever threatened to call the FBI on me).

Update: For the record, I had this up more than an hour before Slashdot (not that that counts for anything). That poor guy in Tuttle, OK is going to have a fun time in the office tomorrow!
